As yet, I've made no more progress on the case modification. I have however finished preparing the new hard drive for the NESbox. It now boots straight into the latest version of XBMC, and is loaded up with a NES emulator and a truck load of ROMs. Hopefully I'll be able to get stuck into some of the case chopping this weekend, and have some pictures to show.
Still looking for some good ideas for the cartridge slot - again any suggestions would be welcome.

I'm working on basically the exact same thing but I assume this project has been long since abandoned. I'm working on wiring the power buttons to the xbox but having trouble
